摘 要
本设计是日投4000张黄牛皮轻革（鞋面革）工厂设计，厂址选在厦门市同安区城南工业园区。本设计主要完成厂址选择、工艺设计、生产方法确定、物料平衡计算、设备选型计算、具体技术指标的分析论证、车间设备布置、人员安排及水电汽等各相关方面的预算。为了降低成本，便于维修，本设计设备以国产为主，关键设备选择国外较先进设备，以确保产品质量。
全厂占地总面积48119m2，建筑面积为34164m2，绿化面积为5870m2。全厂职工人数362人。日耗水量为2199.7t，耗电量为34161.4度，耗汽量为75895.3kg。平均每张皮耗化工材料费为105元，平均每张皮的完全成本为961.23元，年利润为4350.07万元。

abstract
this design is about a tannery, which can produce 4000 pieces of cattle upper leather per day. the site select in tongan .xiamen. south industrial park. this design will finish site selection, the process design of leather, the technique of production, the calculation for materials and energy balances and the choose of equipments, analysis of specific technical indicators, workshop equipment layout, staff assignments, the water and electricity cost accounting and all the relevant aspects. in order to reduce the cost and ease of maintenance, the design of equipments are mainly by domestic. to ensure the product quality, the key equipments are imported from foreign countries.
the factory total area is 48119m2, the architecture area is 34164m2 , the green area is 5870m2. the factory total staff is 362, the consumption of the water is 2199.7t per day, the electricity power is 34161.4kw per day, the vapor is 75895.3kg per day. the average chemicals cost of one piece cattle upper leather is 105 yuan, the average all costs of one piece is 961.23yuan, the gain is 43.5007million yuan per year.
